This company contracted me and my crew to install tile on two different jobsite w we did as asked but had some complications as the material provided by them for us to install slightly different in color when we attempted to contact them to ask what they wanted to do about t he different material lots we had Services: Flooring, Sewage cleanup

Very Poor experience. They rush in ASAP to do the demo and abatement (approx. 6/14/2021). Then they disappear. They demo' d my tenants' kitchen and then went weeks without any response or returning my calls. They damaged several of the items during the abatement (Stove, dishwasher, Sink, faucet, & pantry door leaving everything outside) This left my tenants without a kitchen for months. I spent over $10,000 to get the prep work for the cabinets because after demo they said it would be about 3-4 months. I was told that if I get all the other work done their cabinet guy could get the simple box cabinets done in 2-3 weeks if I went with the simpler (Flat) less expensive cabinet doors - which I did. Their timeline ended up being closer to 3 months until they were installing the "simple less expensive" cabinets (9/22/21).
Sadly, the cabinet quality was poor. Several of the frames and drawers were split. (See pictures) and the wood used as shelves were damaged. They cut out about 40% of the cabinet backing under the where the pipes come out of the wall with what looked like a handsaw. Nothing is clean or even about the backing they cut out. They left the wood with lots of splinters.
I pointed out the issues to them and they said they will look at it. They honestly did... They looked at it... but didn't fix it.
When you think it cannot get more ridiculous...they are now coming back post install (Not fixing the work) with a revised and non-approved estimate and invoice saying the cost of the cabinets were now 3X higher than what was originally quoted and approved.
Raising your agreed to price from approximately $5000 to over $15,000 for just the cabinets in a small kitchen, post install is about as unethical as one can be. At that price I would have used a quality cabinet company and received the Thermofoil cabinets that I originally requested. Trying to claim that price after the poor workmanship is disgusting.
How greedy is this company? Per the insurance agreement they are only supposed to mark it up 20%. They marked it up 47.95% and then claimed another $10,000 towards the cabinets. That is approximately a 71% profit margin for a job that took about 7X as long as they said with a quality level of about 71% or a C-.
