I like the guy who works there, but he offers very low prices for some pretty good valuables. And the dog is harmless guys, don't be afraid of a big dog just because he barks at you. I've been there multiple times and greeted this gentle giant dog numerous times. Only downside is you don't walk out of there with much cash, no matter what you have to sell or pawn

So I was on Google trying to find a pawnshop looking to purchase some earrings. I came across Pawn Royale along with a few others. Since I was in Northport, I decided to go there. I called my husband and he said if it's the one by Northport DCH don't go there!! He had a bad experience and felt like they didn't care to have his business. Well I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt and I went there anyway. I walked in and the guy was on the phone the whole time. He never acknowledged me in any way!! As I started to leave, you would think at this point he would at least say something to try and get my business but he didn't. Trust me I will never go back in there again!! It's sad that we still experience this in 2023.

Loud obnoxious dog greeted me because the guy working this place was outside smoking! Prices are excessively high! I had questions and the guy had no answers- I am in the market for a new pistol but I wont be buying here! The dog barked at me as I left but at least he spoke. How do they make enough money to survive?????

Terrible place, rude owner & even more rude lady that works there. Dont waste your time with this place, go to any other pawn shop in Tuscaloosa.
