At Diesel Day Dreams, they went above and beyond on my 2020 L5P. I had an emergency on my hands while traveling for work. The coolant feed pipe/gaskets cracked while hauling my fifth wheel. I made a phone call hoping they could help me out of a pinch. To my surprise they got all the parts same day and installed/ fixed the issues. With their already full schedule, my 30 mins away phone call, and squeezing my problem into their day spoke volumes about the type of shop they operate. Well organized and on top of their game. Thank you again !

This place is a absolute joke you can feel the very unwanted vibe and terrible customer service over the phone called to get a quote on some work for a 2500 cummins and let me jusy say wow ooah wow now I know why all the people in the cummins group I'm in say steer far far far away from here lawsuit after law suit after law suit and just by the phone call I has with them I can now see why one of the members of that group is out almost 70k in a bould with this company I'm glad I didn't even get to drop my truck off before they showed me their tru colors of customer service if my boss would even get a drip of us treating customers like this even on the phone we would be fired immediately overpriced labor and shotty customer service if I could leave a - review I would leave a 5star negative for sure this place is a joke for a shop never will I ever tru amd do business jere buyer beware if ypu care for ypu truck and work hard for you're money take ypur truck elsewhere 100000000% and save yourself a headache and lawsuits really cause the really terrible customer service I have got over the phone shows how ypu are responding to the review %overpriced labor for a really bad attitude no thanks il spend my hard earned money elsewhere sir again true colors shown diesel grounds talk very badly about this place to stay very very far from here

I'm not sure you actually called the right place after reading your review, we are always super friendly and often spend tons of time trying to do everything we can to help out in anyway we can. If you were honestly treated as badly as you say you were over the phone, then I would hate to imagine how unpleasant you were to deal with in the first place especially after reading all the other demeaning reviews you leave for other small businesses. We have never had a single lawsuit in over 15 years of business because of our love for our customers and doing the right thing, so not exactly sure how credible your fake news is, but after reading all this negativity and hatred you have I would rather deal with your 1 star review then to have to deal with you as a customer in the long run. Thank you for taking bundle of negativity elsewhere.
