GE took our concerns and literally made all of them dissappear. The price was very competitive and on point for the services we received..... but most importantly they got the job done within 24hrs of calling them! and trust me when I say it was not a small job.

Don't take your hot water for granted!! Long story short: we haven't had hot water for a couple of weeks. Our tankless water heater was installed by a friend 7 years ago, and it prematurely went out so we had to replace it. Highly recommend GE Heating & Air ! Gil came out and diagnosed some installation errors that caused the failure and within a couple of days they installed a new tankless unit that is a major upgrade. They also fixed all the previous installation errors, which wasn't a small job, all in one day - plus, Gil didn't overcharge or try to sell a BS warranty package. Thank you Gil & Gabe Erives ! We are all grateful to have hot water again!

Absolutely AWFUL! They installed a new unit in our house and they left without even finishing the job! Because we requested an inspection from the Power Company they returned to finish the job.
However, 16 months after the installation we had problems with the AC and went through the entire summer without it. After multiple estimates from other companies and paying a visit fee 4 times total, we had to come up with an extra $3.000.00 because this horrible Company GE Heating & Air didn't used the proper air ducts and didn't install an extra return air vent needed for the equipment to work properly. They should lose their HVAC license!
$13.000.00 paid for a very bad job.
We only hired them because we wanted to give a small business a chance, but GE Heating & Air doesnt deserve any business!
RUN while you can !!
I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!
In regards to the owner's response... after not finishing the job and finding out the work was done incorrectly. I was not comfortable calling this company for anything.
The unit worked the first year (how convenient 1 year parts and warranty)
After it stopped working and you never bother coming back as you said for the spring inspection.
Please take responsibility for your bad work.
If the job would've been done correctly in the first place none of this would have happened.
