We have purchased fuel heating oil from here for 10 yrs. Everyones been super friendly. Even the delivery driver. Hes so nice. However; Ive tried for 2 winters to get in the auto fill program. You have to go through someone named Steve. Ive called between last winter and this start of winter I bet 20 times. Hes talked to me a few times but has never had time to work with me to see if I can get in this program. He always says Ill call you back. The man that answers the phone always says he will cal you back. I dont understand why its so hard to give a 10 year customer 10-15 mins to discuss this program. Weve messed around waiting for them and have run low on fuel. I understand drivers call in sick and are out. But literally it just takes a few mins to call someone back. Im super disappointed in a great small town company.

Going on my 4th year as a customer of Johnson Oil. Reasonable prices an prompt delivery! Allen in the office is a super nice an very friendly! I'll be a customer for life! Highly recommend A+
