Very nice and relaxing place. I got the feeling that the place was a little short staffed but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and nice.
The cabins are mostly dry cabins with no water or toilets so if you don't want that, I would recommend their rooms that have all these amenities.
The restaurant on the property has very average food and pretty expensive but there is no other restaurant that is close so this is the only food option in the vicinity.
The hot springs are amazing and very relaxing.

Great spot had little issue with the first room, but staff relocated us, and it was amazing. Keep in mind it only has 1 restaurant within 40 miles. Waiting times can get really high. Bring everything you need rooms do not have a kitchen or anything to eat or drink with in it rooms. Cafe does have a lot of microwave products staff always pleasure throughout whole resort. Natural springs is only for 18 and older outdoor hot tub great. Water inside the pool and indoor hot tubs looked dirty they said they could only replace water 1 time a month. They are remote and rely on well, so it makes sense so they don't run out. Internet is only available in certain main areas of resort which I love!! We need to disconnect for online

They need to perform significant maintenance on all the facilities; they are very worn out and old.

The room is old, the bathroom is tiny and low flow. However, I dare to say this is a luxurious resort in Fairbanks. In winter, you can experience frozen hair in the hot spring and wait for aurora in its activity center, a comfortable and convenient place.
Besides, they offer Apple martini served in a glass carved from ice at Aurora Ice Museum.
