Hired this service in 2018 to install a new main AC unit and mini-split system. The mini split system did not work right since day one. He came out a few times to "fix" the unit since it is still under warranty and it would work for awhile but always start to fail again a month after the visit - leaking water from the units, creating ice and then just not cooling. The wonky draining system they installed is a joke and we need to redo the entire thing. Now the warranty is running out and ironically they will not return phone calls. We had to hire another AC service and pay over $600 for them to fix the connection. The new company said the unit was never installed right - one of the connections to a line did not fit correctly which caused a constant refrigerant leak. Do not hire this company unless you want bad (or no) service and a constant headache with your system.
