Amazing facility! Thankful that they have always been there for our daughter whom is a resident.Staff has always been on top of any issue that may have occurred,we were immediately notified,and informed with details on whatever it concerned.I could talk good things all day about the staff and living 2 hours away from our daughter is one thing,but being able to have a peace of mind that she is in a safe,well run and operated environment iswhat counts.And human resources,and office staff Making decisions for the faculty are AWESOME!And for what it's worth,if there is any place other than home with family...id recommend this place for anyone that's looking to put my child..family...any day of the week!!!

I love and missed working at pcca environmental service being a laundry aide I miss seeing the beautiful faces of all the children and the staff was wonderful

If I could give zero stars I would. Not a safe place for children. My child passed while in their care and they didnt even know when it happened. Inconsistent stories given. My son was simply there for physical therapy. Should have just taken him home. Autopsy still pending on my baby.
Update. The school may mean well but they have to get more experienced staff that actually know the signs of a childs health deteriorating. My son could have been saved had he had earlier intervention. The signs were there over a week before he passed and they just let my son die. I shouldve known better.

One thing I must say is how the staff take care of the kids...I have never worked at a place where they really show much respect for the kids and staff I love this place I have not heard or seen any of the bad stuff that others post as for Victoria she is amazing and very supportive the whole Staff is amazing from the Administration on down to housekeepers thanks PCCA
