You know i have been with these guys for like 9 years. the front desk and assistants have changed hands several times as they try to get the best people. I find them friendly and accomdating becuz I am not friendly and accomodating to them I never met Dr Koshak until a year or so ago. I had Larry as my PA. He was awesome. So sorry to lose him but his protege Yarom is informed and knowledgable and accodating. he cares and takes his time to meet your needs. sometimes PAs are just as helpful as a doctor themselves. The girls are mostly new so it just takes a kind touch to communicate with them. I have had all my needs addressed in a timely fashion and if there's a problem it is addressed as quickly as possible. I have never had to wait for any extended period of time as I have in other doctor offices. i'm sorry that others are so disappointed but my experience has been good with all staff. and for all those complaining about Marcela she is long gone try again. hats off to that office cuz it gets crowded and busy as they try to navigate all patient needs. thanks you guys I'm grateful for you

This is the worst clinic that I have been visiting, I made an appointment at 4:15 pm and we have been waiting almost 1 hrs and the receptionist asked me again what the patient name is and she said that doctors are behind so we need to wait a little longer again. It's a waste of time.

Amie Maquin! They helped me. I hope management sees the diligence and humanity of these two workers! My English is not very good, they communicated with me without malice, explaining everything in a friendly manner and even showing me so that I understood everything. I'm glad there are people like this in this world.

It has its ups and down, like any other clinic. We all work and we have emergencies. Just be very clear on what you need. Why are you there. If you have an appointment just call and double check if your appointment still there. They provide phone support too. Just get over booked at times.
