Im a USC student who is currently working on a business project related to commercial roof inspection and maintenance. Im eager to get more interviews done and have to do cold calls with roof contractors. Many of the companies just hung up on my phone. But then, Steve, from Royal Roofing, actually took out 30 minutes to chat with me, going through all my questions and provided very professional and useful information with his rich experience in the commercial roofing field. His answers are much more beyond my expectation. Later, I found out Steves actually the CEO of the company. And still, he took the time to help a student out under his busy schedule. I want to show my greatest gratitude for his patience and professionalism in sharing roofing knowledge. Wish Royal Roofing continued success!

Project involved removal of old roof and install of new asphalt shingle roof. Steve was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, offered suggestions, experienced and provided a detailed description of how the project would proceed.
Raul and the crew arrived early every day and worked very well together efficient, attentive to detail and professional. At the end of the day, property was clean and protected from potential unexpected weather.
Raul was approachable, responsive to any questions and anticipated many concerns that we may have had.
Overall, we would highly recommend Royal Roofing. Project was completed in four days and we are extremely happy with the finished product.

Talked to the owner, Steve. He went out of his way to give me advice on my project. Its hard to come by great customer service like this. He didnt end up doing the work but treated me as if he did.

We recently used Royal Roofing Company to replace a 37 year old shingle roof in our two story house in Monterey Park and had a great experience. Good value, great workmanship and a very professional team that delivers on time.
We called their office and Stephanie sent their project supervisor Alex quickly to give us a proposal, their price is mid range (compared to 4 other proposals) and timing is good. Alex addressed our concerns and gave us straight forward answers.
Since Royal Roofing is a big company, they were able to fit our project between big projects and send a 9-person crew to complete the project quickly.
Guillermo the crew foreman showed up everyday and communicated with us on the daily progress, and addressed any issues we had. Since we have stamped concrete in the driveway, they put plastic sheets and plywood on top for their truck to load and unload. At the end of each day, the crew did a wonderful job cleaning up around the house and pick up nails. A few of the crew have 20+ year experience and they are highly skilled workers. Everyone works hard especially Nicholas the truck driver. Their teamwork is awesome.
Additional wood replacement work around the chimney and elsewhere were done carefully and they did not take short cuts. We also added seven low profile O'Hagin vents which looked very sleek.
Their office handles the paperwork (proposal, permit, invoices) very efficiently through email.
I definitely recommend this company for any future roofing needs.
