      image Staff treated me like a criminal. Went to deposit a large check and was grilled on a series of questions with a security guard standing right behind me. Went back in to ask for parking validation and the security guard stopped me at the door and said "I'll get it for you". Incredibly rude staff. Not to mention the disgusting homeless people loitering directly in front of the bank. Good luck using this ATM.

      image Worst customer service. Had an appointment at 2 pm.i was asked to sit and wait. Made me wait till 3 pm and no one came to help me. I left at 3 pm after waiting for 1 hour and 15 mins.
