I've been living here for about six months now and love it so much! Chiara is our property manager is great! As soon as I text her she is almost always immediately on top of it! The people who live here are all super friendly and amazing and was really what made me decide to move here in the first place when I did my tour and they stopped to chat with me. The property is beautiful and the location is great and out of the way of highly trafficked areas. Highly recommend.

Building manager handled my job request very efficiently within a few days and maintenance was there the next day. Great service for an exceptional building.

Art Set was truly amazing! The community, the apartments, and Emilia (the property manager) made this place feel like home. Everyone has always been super friendly and respectful!
The studio loft that my boyfriend and I lived in was almost 1000 sq ft and fit everything that we needed perfectly. We also had a huge private patio that stretched over a studio with the same sq. footage.
The building itself is always kept clean, maintenance matters are dealt with in a timely manner, and Emilia puts on events for the residents from time to time.
So sad to leave but would recommend this place 50000x over.
