Christine Myers assisted us on our tour and was able to answer all our questions. She was professional and patient along the tour. We have considered the Social apartments as a top option.

If I could give the Social 0 stars I would.
Be weary of the good reviews - a lot of them were created by fake profiles and/or friends of management. Dont be fooled!
Management is horrible and impossible to wrangle. Area is incredibly unsafe and Christine (manager) will tell you its not her problem when homeless go into the garage, sleep on the property or harass you (a man exposed himself to me and chased me as I walked my dog!)
My convertible top was sliced open in the garage and I was told she couldnt show me camera footage / she wouldnt share it with the police despite there being a camera that pointed to my car. Made me think they werent even functioning.
Water is always shut off. Gym was never open due to water leaks and damage. Elevator barely worked. Fire alarm went off a million times. We had a mold issue due to our upstairs neighbor falling asleep with the faucet on and they tried to get US to pay for mold testing despite us having trouble breathing. They even put an ozone machine in there at one point that isnt meant to be used in an occupied apartment.
They only care about money. They hate their residents and could care less about their satisfaction, safety, or health.
I could go on and on!
