worst company I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with most companies. I have a customer that got hit by them and needed a rental and dropped off his car on a Friday because it's not safe to drive. I called the guy handling the claim (Leslie D)@ 12:30pm and his voicemail was set up to say he isn't there Friday 6/12/15 and will be back Monday-so I bypassed him and went to another lady. The lady said I need to talk to Leslie, I let her know what his voicemail said and she said "no he isn't he is right here". So I got transferred and it went to his voicemail so I left a message and he never called back. So a few hours later I called back around 4:15 or so (because Leslie will not call back) and got someone named Ryan and he said let me transfer you and hung up. So I called back right away and NOBODY would answer. I called back the 24hr emergency hotline and the lady said she cant help me so I went off on her and she said I know how you feel, you aren't the only one that they won't call back and do this to. What a crap company.

Have wasted half my day to report an accident. On hold yesterday for 30 min. now on hold for 30 min. There has to be a better way to report a claim that was a result of their client. Feeling frustrated!!!!!!

I rate this company zero. I have policy with this company for a long time. I had a horrible time when I had a claim before. Last night I needed a roadside assistant because I left my car key in the car. I pay for this service for a long time. I called the roadside assistant for help but they said they do not have my policy and name in their record and asked me to call back tomorrow morning to the office !!! I went through a lot to go home. Next day I called Century National and they transferred me to several places and I had to tell the story several times. They said roadside assistant does not cover the locked out!!! and it only covers the thow!!!!! I was in tears and tried to talk to manager and other people there. I was on line for a long time. At the end, someone accepted that they have to help on the lockout. They had to call the roadside assistant and add my name there. I do not understand why at the beginning, the roadside assistant did not have my name and policy number. It was so frustrating and they gave me a really hard time. I will change this company to a trustable insurance company. They do not give the service for the charges they do. Not a good company at all.
