image I want to return mats , paid $ 194 .00 never even installed in car , still have tags etc. the color doesnt match website. they said they don't except returns.. I have been a past customer , and may no longer be a customer.....I will conclude when I hear more

image We ordered mats from someone else and had problems getting them. So glad because we then found Lloyd mats and ordered. They came as promised are are great. They fit my 93 Jeep yj perfectly and are beautiful.

image I bought front and rear matts for a 2006 Dodge Dakota Crew Cab. Not as good as I thought they would be. The driver side is the only one that is close to fitting properly. The passenger side doesn't fit well and has a factory cut in a place that will let things get under the mat. Then the backseat doesn't fit properly and is hovering about 1 inch off the carpet over the center hump it is supposed to be laying on. I have tried to shift it in many ways to make it lay correctly but have had no success. The material for the matts seems decent so far.

image I have bought floor mats from Lloyds and other companies as I buy and sell a lot of cars. Most of the mats I bought in the past fit pretty well to very well, however the most recent set purchased doesnt cover the floor where my or my passengers feet go, very disappointed as the point of a floor mat is the cover where your feet touch the carpet, seems a reasonable thing to ask of a custom floor mat!
What really irks me is customer service, I told her about the problem and they said thats just how the template is. They also dont take returns because its custom and cant re-sell it.
Unfortunately, one cannot see a picture of the mat in the car before purchasing, and comments cannot be made on the website about the fifth of the mats so I can be learned that the floor mat doesnt cover the floor.
Never again, I can excuse a mistake, but I cant excuse terrible customer service. I did have good luck with mats for Miatas, but the fit on my Chevrolet is awful and not acceptable.

image Lloyd's Mats has a great offering of carpet mats. From velour to ultra luxe. I chose: ULTIMAT CUSTOM CARPET FLOOR MATS. Ordering was easy and I received my mats very quickly.
The quality and materials were very good. A little bespoke in finish, but they are custom after all. They were a decent fit, not as refined in contour as the factory mats, more squared off at certain points. I was actually hoping, as it was suggested on the site, that my new mats might provide even better coverage than the factory mats. In fact, the front passenger mat came up short and skimpy on the upper left length of the mat; I could live with that though, again, they are custom.
The big disappointment was COLOR. And then, Customer Service.
While the disclaimers on the site about how your own computer monitor "may or may not reflect the true color of the mats" is true and a reasonable claim to make, the mats I received were so different from the color I ordered, I am sure they were not the right color. They looked much closer to 2 other colors offered.
I reached out to Lloyd's Mats on their "Contact Us" page of the website. Never got a reply.
I installed the mats, and could not reconcile how really uncomplimentary they were to my car interior. Ultimately, I threw them in the recycling bin.
I called customer service and explained my concern. The person effectively argued with me about color accuracy. This was so defensive on their part and not helpful, I was really surprised. They did offer a refund, minus 20%, and recommended that if I wanted to place a new order, I should request color chips/samples. They transferred me to someone to request the samples. I got that person's voice-mail and initially asked for them to return my call so that I would not leave a lengthy VM.
No call-back that day.
I called customer service later the same day (got the same person) and was again transferred to the same person, same voice-mail. This time I did leave a message with my request and shipping info, plus a call-back number. Crickets.
Later in the week I went onto the site, where it does acknowledge this would be the place to request samples: "If requesting color sample chips, please provide a mailing address." A week later, no samples, no call-back.
I emailed Lloyd's Mats, with my request, my 4th attempt to get color samples. Finally received samples. I have no idea from which of the 4 requests. Only that my name was miss-spelled on the mailing envelope.
I truly believe that in most cases, "The Fish Stinks from the Head", that leadership at Lloyd's Mats does not give it's team the tools or empower them to provide good customer service.
Jury is still out on ordering from Lloyd's Mats again.
