image MARCH 24- the trash problem is much better outside! However, if you are moving here and can uncheck valet trash service, do it. Half the time nobody comes and gets the valet trash recently. Its led to a huge uptick in a German cockroach problem. Weve had maintenance out (thank you for being quick!) twice to spray, and have spent $150 on roach traps and spray.
NOVEMBER23-Friendly neighbors and well priced for the area. However- by far the trashiest place Ive lived. Trash just thrown all over the complex, right around the buildings. Its gross and Im not sure why people dont take care of this place. Maintenance is awesome, they work very hard. Extremely responsive to work orders, friendly! But Im so tired of seeing trash in the pond, on every side walk, in ALL the bushes around the buildings!

One of the major parts of this letter will be to highlight the proper procedures for trash disposal in addition to valet trash rules and exceptions. As you mentioned, our team works very hard to keep Jamison Park as polished and well maintained as possible and, while we can always do more, keeping the community it's very best requires a collaboration between the office staff and our residents. image DO NOT APPLY!!! ROACHES!!! MOLD!!! MONEY HUNGRY IGNORANT MANAGEMENT!!!! Applied earlier this month on a Thursday and Kerri was very helpful from the jump. She showed me a unit that was available and I applied on the spot and got verified to move in. I received a welcome letter in my email and a few documents securing my apartment and preparations for move in the following Wednesday. I was told to get renters insurance, turn on lights, and setup internet on Monday (2 days before moving in). On Monday I received emails with a totally different apartment number. I called the office numerous times and even their central call center to leave a message and have someone call me back. After calling over a dozen times I finally reached Justin the apartment manager. I explained that I received an email with a different apartment number. He confirmed it was correct and that Kerri shouldve called me and told me, although Kerri was off and working in another office. Justin proceeded to tell me that the unit was given to someone else. I explained that I already paid a holding fee for the unit I viewed and received a welcome letter along with other emails with my name and that specific apartment. He tells me theres nothing he could do but offer another unit with the same floor plan that Id have to wait for pest control to treat due to a major infestation of roaches. I setup a meeting with Justin and Kerri on Wednesday to further discuss the matter and come to a conclusion. The day of the meeting I was greeted by Kerri while Justin was busy in his office doing nothing. Kerri took me to view a totally different apartment with a different floor plan which was way smaller and minus a few amenities but cost the same price. I couldnt see the other apartment because of the roaches and they had no move in date for me. Not only was my family lied to and displaced but Justin then said I can wait 3 weeks for a refund. He didnt offer to make things right, nor did he have any empathy for giving my apartment to someone else after I had already paid a holding fee! And to top it off the City of North a Charleston happened to be in the office to speak to Justin and tell him that they were reported for refusing to fix mold in a tenants apartment. I called corporate and never got a call back after speaking to one woman and supposedly forwarded to the voicemail of a higher up. The worst part is they were quick to take my money but I have to wait to get it back to use it to find another place to stay. DO NOT APPLY HERE! THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE FOR TENANTS, CURRENT OR FUTURE.

Noticed that all of the high reviews on here are about Kerrie: I did have a good experience with her answering one of my questions while Becky was out of the office doing a tour, but truly Becky and Christy deserve so much praise as well. Although my application process is not complete yet, they have both been there for me as if it were them in my shoes. After having a nightmare of an experience with another complex, I turned to Jamison Park with no expectations. Christy made me feel like there was hope with our conversation over the phone, and upon going in person and meeting with Becky, she showed me there actually is hope. The professionalism, dedication, and warm-heartedness she displayed have made me SO happy the other complex screwed up so bad and gave Jamison Park a chance to ease my pain. I really hope I get to call this place home. Becky is a true blessing and treats her residents like family. I give these women the utmost respect and support. Their job is not easy. Ladies, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
