Hello: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with this company and the way that the regional manager and the terminal manager treat KAG workers. I have been a driver for this company since September 2023 and it turns out that it is the company's responsibility to provide the team to offer work and I have had problems with the truck since the beginning. I have also been without a truck for 10 days and without any response about having one soon and it turns out that because I do not have a truck I do not generate income and therefore my economy is affected and my family is still affected. When I was hired they offered me a guaranteed weekly payment and it turns out that this is not the case now I have evidence that the other drivers do not stop and they put me on call for not having a truck and then they do not pay me being put on call by you, in reality they are not what they say they are and all the advertising they show

Your on as good as your management. I can't speak for all locations but working at Nitro, WV has been a very rewarding experience.

Driver of this company is an AH. Constantly changing speed preventing from passing. And slows down passing slow teucks creating traffics. Truck 1120599, Missouri 10am-12pm 03-24-24

Driver doesn't know to yield apparently KAG owns the road. Moron starts blowing horn and giving me the finger. Quality people!

Most unprofessional management. KAG canada Calgary terminal is not a recommended place to work for. Assistant manager Brittney and safety manager Nick martin is the most unprofessional person in the company. Kag America headquarter should keep an eye on these most useless persons in the company. Discrimination is normal in this company
