Creative Construction Solutions team craftsmanship is a top notch. The team has lots of experience with their work. They act professionally and communicate well. If I have a design in mind, I communicate with the team, and the team realize my design. When I was unable to make a decision, they provided me advice with the best professional practice. I learned a lot from their expertise. I felt lucky to have workers who really know what they are doing, and execute with their experience. I have been using Bogdan's services for 10 years and the quality of his work separates him from other contractors/companies. My wife and I were more than impressed with the quality, price , and professionalism of Creative Construction Solutions. We had 13 windows replaced. On the day of replacement, I went to work at 7:45 AM. The crew had arrived at 7:30 and laid drop cloths in all the rooms that would receive new windows.I returned home at 6 PM and the house was as I left it. Except for the new windows. The windows are tight and sealed beautifully. The house was spotless. My wife didn't even need to vacuum.
I am bit older now and I have always done my own work. CCS's workmanship is superior. Their speed is as promised. I trust their work, and I would highly recommend them.

I hired "Creative Construction Solutions" for a complete (down to the studs) remodel of a 2-bedroom apartment in my 2-family house. I couldn't have been happier with their work!
These guys turned an old and pretty rundown unit into a very attractive, bright and modern dwelling. What I liked the most about CCS is their unique approach and great flexibility with every project. Bogdan (the owner) had made some excellent suggestions on how I could save money without sacrificing the quality. He’s been on a lookout for my best interest, very responsive and highly efficient throughout the project. The work was done in a timely matter, to high quality standards and within a very reasonable budget. I strongly believe that Creative Construction Solutions is the best value for the money out there, and would highly, highly recommend them.
