Horrible attitude and don't care about how long you wait for service. I had a full bladder to get a test at 1 pm . I was told to co.e early by twenty minutes. BUT I had to wait almost ONE full hour without Apologies! I went home with chest pain due to this horrible experience. They are horrendous people
They need to be reported!!

Worst office to call for appointment!!
Took 20 min , tired 2 weeks ago until 4 pm!! Sorry no excuse folks!! You getting at least $350 per appointment from my insurance!!! You suck

You have to chase them for test results. My dr not only keeps denying me treatment but I call to get test results on kidney stones and I get hungup on 3x i could literally hear the person breathing into the phone, then click.

Honestly tired of this place. I've been trying to call to pay a bill over the phone and staff don't answer the phone at all. The front desk receptionists are very rude aswell.

if I had an option for zero stars, thats what NorthEast urologic surgery would get. Its hard to believe their business is still running. after nine visits to their office, and a $40 co-pay for every visit and a $590 bill I decided to see a new urologist. My experience with my nine visits. two of the times I was supposed to see a doctor, the doctor wasnt in. The office wasnt even open on time, and I waited to see that one of the staff members was opening the office with a coffee in his hand. The other time I drove all the way home and called, and they tried telling me my appointment was later, which was not true, because I had the appointment card in my hand. This place is a disaster. I had two visits with my new urologist and I already had my surgery to fix my problem. meanwhile, I wasted my time going to nine visits to accomplish nothing but a high bill that Im Stuck paying. I have told everybody about my terrible experience and even called my doctors office to let them know what kind of place they are referring this place they are referring their patients to. North east urologist surgery They are nothing but money hungry grabbers and very unprofessional .
