We had wind damage from June 2023 storms and needed a roof replacement. This was our first time dealing with such a significant claim, and Pharah at Bob Watson State Farm was phenomenal. She not only went out of her way to walk my husband and me through the appraisal and claims process but she also navigated the system for us by making calls behind the scenes for us (on multiple occasions). We were able to fully replace our roof and it was 100% due to her help. For that reason, I can't recommend this particular SF office enough, and I can't thank them enough either!

They did everything we needed to make the transaction from our home in Wagoner to our new home in Norman. Excellent service. Friendly and trustworthy. Just made everything comfortable and easy. Hats off to Tabitha. Wonderful to work with over the phone and in person.

Tabi You are a blessing, and thank you so much for your time. This lady folks, stayed an hour, after closing. To handle, My insurance claim, when,my agent!!! couldn't do it. EVEN though he was, on the clock, she stayed off the clock. And did this for me, thank you so much. Tabi!

Ive been with this office for 25 years and have never had a bad experience! Tabatha has helped me with several last-minute situations and is super friendly. The only place Ill ever get my insurance from!
