Ordered online through the app for pickup. Estimated pickup time was 20 minutes. Husband goes to pickup the order (2 zones) and the kid working mumbles something that sounded like Ill call your name when the orders ready. No problem, its a Saturday night. Come to find out after waiting 30 minutes that the order was ready and waiting the entire time. 1 of the zones was missing the side of nacho cheese that was added. Hard to say when/if we will go back. Sad since weve been eating here off and on for at least 10 years.

I work third shift, DP Dough is open late. Seems like a natural pairing, right? Wrong. I (and my coworkers) have tried to order late multiple times and the website says they are closed when I try to order, yet I'm still within their operating hours. For instance, this most recent time I tried to order at 1:14 in the morning on Saturday, they're supposedly open till 2:00 or 3:00 (it's not clear Google says one thing, their site another). Their site, after completing my order and going to check out, says they are currently closed. Try to call them to make sure, it doesn't go to voicemail, which to me indicates they're still open, but I am left on the line for several minutes. I eventually hang up and stop trying. It's incredibly disappointing.
Edit: They have since updated and overhauled their website. Much more user friendly and accurate. Rating updated accordingly.
