We bought a home who utilized Complete Floors. They did the garage and shed that is 40 x 60 ft roughly ten years ago. There is a space in the garage that is peeling and has a crack in the finish. I first called at the end of January to inquire about a fix. The receptionist has always been very nice and polite. The previous owner told me Jeff was the person who did the floors. I asked to speak to Jeff to see if the floor can be repaired or what steps need to be taken at my cost even. We have always only used warm water to cleanse the floor and have never applied any chemicals. I've called 4 times total and Jeff has never called me back. The receptionist seems upset that he will not call me back and has marked urgent on the messages but he still refuses to call back. I'm sure he is responsive to receiving business but the work has been shoddy and they have no interest in standing by their work. I would avoid at all costs and look elsewhere to having your floors done.

Jeff and everyone who works there are always friendly and professional
They do a great job replacing floors at our business, and they always leave the job site clean.
