Didnt visit...communicated with agent via Email..he was very non communicating and haven't heard from him in 2 months...not a good experience so far.

Go with someone else. Was hit by their insured driver, admitted fault at scene, accident report says he's at fault, and they refuse to accept liability. Going through litigation with my own insurance. Don't understand how you can admit fault at the scene and the police put that in the report and you still don't accept liability. Sad part is, with litigation it's going to be settled in court and I know off common sense that once you say you did something on record, their case is going to fall apart in court.
Edit 5 months later:
Filed with my insurance, paid my deductible and they had an arbitration hearing scheduled for June 4th. It's May 13th, and I have my deductible back cause they cave once they saw my insurance wasn't playing around and would take them to arbitration for damages and to get my deductible back. Now begins the fight for trying to get my loss of wages for my car being in the shop for 2 weeks and me not being legal age for a rental car. If I don't get a call back soon, I'll also being taking them to small claims for that on top of interest and court fees and since one panel decided in my favor, the judge has to stick with the original ruling.

This is a great company. We had a water claim at our house from an over flowing tub. The water flowed all night and was coming down through our canned lights in the kitchen. They responded right away - got Serve Pro out to the house that day - on a Sunday - and started the drying process. We were delighted with the service we received. They looked for coverage in our claim rather than looking to deny the claim like others have in my experience.
