Hauled a shipping container for D&L through Logan Talbot. Was told they wanted to use us to haul all of the shipping containers they sold out of Kansas City. Then when checking back, he told us on a Friday that he had a reminder set on his phone to get back with us the following Monday. That was over 6 weeks ago, and has never bothered to return a phone call or text message (which he claims is the fastest way to get a response from him). Pathetically immature and beyond unprofessional. Now I absolutely see why they have so many 1 star reviews, especially if they have numerous employees this horrible at their job. Hopefully the owner(s) dont condone their business being ran in this manner.

Great company to work with. I would use them 100's over. Communication is the key. Unfortunately you can not make everyone happy but they sure do try.

I am not recommend for this company if you wanna find a good respond or on-time delivery company.
I called, texted, emailed them but no response back.
Sat 16Mar still dont know where / when my load locate. Been waiting for a week for delivery as schedule
Mon 25Mar still dont get the package yet with out responded

Helped D&L Transport load something on promise of getting paid almost a year later no response and were extremely agitated when I called. claimed it was on me to get the payment from either the shipping or the receiving party even though they were the ones who had set everything up. I can advise anyone looking to work for them to make sure to get paid upfront otherwise you will most likely not receive the compensation that was promised to you.
