Took them at least 2 hrs to unload.. checked in at 6:30am and left 8:30am.

My appointment is at 7:00 Am, arrived one day before at 2 at pm. Drivers are not allowed to enter the receiving area, NOT EVEN THE RECEIVING OFFICE.
There is a sign at the door, if you enter they may shoot you. Thats how behave no excuse for not reading the sign at the door. I was told to show up at 6:30 am that I would be unloaded, here Im since 6:18 am, its now 7:09 am, nobody answer the phone. Phone message says they work from 8 am to 5 pm.
Interesting situation appt is required but they receive from 7 am to 12 noon without appt. NOT talking about working you in between appointments. Go figure
Finally met an employee checking the trailers parked in front of docks. He signed my paperwork and I left at 8:49 am. No bathrooms, no snack machines, bring food and be prepared, wasnt a good experience.
