Awful customer service, male employee literally on the phone with AirPods in while checking me out, talking about how much his feet hurt, thought he was talking to me at one point, and he just said no and pointed at his phone. The other reviews are not exaggerating, I couldnt wait to get out of there

The absolute worst customer service ever. An item rang up incorrectly, the associate could not understand the issue even after I took a picture of the items shelf tag price. He made us wait what rang up three other customers in line. He then wanted us to wait longer until he went and pulled the incorrect tag from the shelf. Showed him the picture three times, he said he had a bad memory ! I will not return to this store and will tell everyone I know about

I got to the store I wasnt greeted there was a cashier and three other people working in the printing section. I walked to the printing section because I had purchased business cards a while back went into the store to ask if my info was still in the system or if I had to start from the beginning, the lady that was helping me laughed in my face and said jaja you think its still in the system?! Thats when I told her thats why Im asking! By that time she asked another employee if my info would still be in the system and then he laughed as well and said jajaja of course not. Why would it be?! And I said the same thing thats why Im asking! You guys work here and you guys know more than I do! When I asked the cashier what their names were he said by law hes not allowed to give any associates name but then again he gave me that managers name?! Make it make sense!!
