The New manager Trevor is a true example of excellent customer service. I came in rather disappointed in a product that was purchased. I left educated and totally satisfied with an exchange. I will definitely return.

Drove 20 minutes during operation hours to arrive at a closed gate on the front door. This company must be slowly dying. If thats the case change your hours on google and dont screw the group of people still trying to patronize your business

This place is a rip off took off half the trade in because of a scuff on a controller and salesman had no personality and it felt like he didn't even wanna work and I was a bother

Andres is absolutely the best guy!! He was on the phone with me for a long time and helped me clean, format, and reboot my system. I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to the Xbox One S. However he knew this system like the back of his hand. He should be rewarded for all of his efforts. He made my new experience to gaming very pleasant. GameStop seems to have come along way in customer service which is pleasant to see. I can't thank him enough!!
