I do not recommend this place at all. My boyfriend opened an account with them and got a green dot account through them. They told him they would be charging him $55 to open an account and for the card. They told him he would be receiving a personalized card in 27 business days. He never received the card, so he went in and had to take the money off the limited card they had given him until he received his actual green dot card, and they charged him $9 just to take the money off the card. The man told him the green dot card would be there in a few more days, but still no card has been delivered.
