      image One of the worst owner and operators of apartments in the Lansing area they hire landlords that steel and try everything to not fix or replace anything there manager Steve was running 7 property's and never fixed anything was threatening every week trying to violate people's leases and make them sign new ones breaking the law with threat of eviction if you didn't called the main office they sided with him until they fired him 2 months ago

      image From what i have seen; the company is very cheap with there resources. Like replacing old appliances, no security cameras for parking area or in the hallways.
