      I had an issue that I discovered accidentally after opening a promo account. While the staff here (Andy and Yanet) were helpful, the fraud department investigating the issue will take TWO weeks to even notify me of the problem. Want to do business with BMO? Think twice.
      Update 11/22/2023
      Upon calling the fraud department, I have to wait until the investigation is completed, which they cannot provide any timeline. Be careful before you do business with BMO.

      image This bank will create all kinds of barriers in order to not let you pay your loan off. They hate when you pay a loan off, thats why dont work with BMO bank or fifth third bank ever! Both are pretty horrible.
