Beware of old malfunctioning machines rented to you for same price as new ( you have to ask for the newer model). Also be sure you call when youre done ( they dont tell you that). Call the emergency number if something is faulty ( i didn't know that).
Other than that they are a good company, my other two rentals went perfectly well, as agreed. Staff is good.
Settlement with the malfunctioning machine did not seem fair, but I dont like to argue much. Just have to warn you all.
The hydrolics for the bucket on the arms were leaking, and getting into the cabin strongly when lifting up; on to my legs, even at the face on my husbands turn( thankfully it wasnt hot, so no injuries). Took us a-lot longer to get finished bcz it acted up with when speeding up, also the pedals not responding well (old is old)
The store took those extra hours off, and some fuel, thank you, but, its not enough for having oil leaking onto our faces the whole time, and having to granny sit the machine.
Apparently it is our job to ask for newer machine for best results, so i must warn you all.
Ps. The malfunctioning machine came from Lexingtons shop, their liability.
