Wouldnt trust this place. They leave the cars on the street with the doors unlocked and keys inside. Anyone can drive off with your car or take whatevers inside. Protected only by a camera that I dont think is monitored. Towed my car and when I came to get it the next day it was on the street with the doors unlocked and the keys on the dashboard. I took my key and cleaned out the car and no one said a word to me. Spent about 45 minutes going in out of my car and not a single person stopped to ask if the car belonged to me. After gathering everything I needed from the vehicle I went in to ask how much itd be to get it back. Was told they didnt know because it hadnt been processed and wasnt in the system yet. So it was on the street, keys inside, and not in the system. Lady at the front desk proudly told me she leaves her car doors unlocked too. Wasnt until after I went in for assistance that someone was sent to aggressively demand that I not go into my vehicle and informed me that it was illegal to do so. I had already gotten everything I needed out! I do apologize for losing my temper with that guy. Hope he sees this. Didnt see him after Id calmed down and had gotten the car back. I didnt know that what I was doing was wrong. Theres no signs posted saying dont go into your car if its parked on the public access road with the keys inside. Honestly didnt know that I couldnt go into the car. Got my car back same day after losing my temper they were suddenly able to process the vehicle and give me a price. Long story short, your vehicle or all of your belongings might be taken but theyll be able to give you a nice picture of who done it maybe.

My ride was impounded and I was taken to jail, I had to go to rehab af6that. When I got out I finally had a chance to talk with them, they told me that anything on there lot past 60 days was there's now. So I can't get my personal positions or anything.

Very shady group of folks that dont know how to run a business properly. An hour after getting my mercedes e63 towed I called and spoke to marshall he told me my tow would be $125 if I get it out same day and $35 storage added if I pick it up next day. I show up same day and caught the tow truck driver and asked him regarding the price he told me it would be $145 plus $35 when picked up tomorrow. I show up next morning to pick up my car and the lady at the desk tells me now the price is $110 plus 2 days of storage. The car has only been on the lot for 18 hours. I paid it just so I could be on my way. They bring my car out with my front bumper cracked and tell me it was like that when it was picked up. I take care of this car and know there wasnt any damage on it whatsoever. To add to all that the guy then walks out and has the audacity to tell me a false story of me running from the law why my car got towed by police, and next time not break to the law. Stay away at all costs from this business they are heartless people just like the previous rating has mentioned. If your car gets towed here you will get scammed and your vehicle will have damages.
