Providing top-notch customer service and ensuring high-quality food are my top priorities, and I strive to meet and exceed expectations in every interaction.I acknowledge your disappointment with the preparation of the pizza burger, which, regrettably, is not an item on our menu. I appreciate your understanding of this oversight and the inconvenience it caused during your visit. I am truly sorry for this miscommunication.Furthermore, I understand that there was confusion regarding that your burger had no sauce on it by mistake we put it on the side and you threw it away thinking that was ketchup . I apologize for the oversight in packaging it separately and for any confusion it may have caused. the fries were crispy because you asked us to make them well done , Even if the order was for pick up I genuinely attempted to rectify the situation promptly by offering to remake your order and deliver it to you because i didn’t want to inconvenience you to come out again , as well as providing a credit for your order. Miss Tina I go above and beyond for my customers and it’s hard to judge a business only because we made your burger wrong. Please know that I value your feedback and take customer satisfaction seriously. While mistakes can occur, I am committed to addressing and resolving issues to the best of my ability.
