Invisible Fence by Boundaries for Pets

At first I was happy with their work. I called to add a new line so my dog wouldn't cross over and paid for that new line. They came and did it, but they obviously didn't do a good job. My dog crosses over easily i asked them various times to come and take a look to see if they did something wrong on their end. They have acted super unprofessional they kept giving me the run around and said they would come and NEVER DID! Once they got the money, they could careless after that!

If you don't already have one, your dog NEEDS an invisible fence! Great service & training by the Newtown staff.
My pal owns the yard when he has his "special collar" on. Best thing we ever got for him.

We had a great experience when we chose them for our invisible fence company 10 yrs ago but never got around to writing a review. I do remember that the trainer for our dog was so friendly and professional. Over the years they came back a couple times to repair lines that were damaged by landscapers, irrigation company, etc. and have always been fair and responsive. Today I received some of the best customer support from their office personnel when I called earlier in the week explaining I was having issues with a collar. Instead of pushing my to buy another one immediately, she took the time to explain what could be the issues. She said I could come by and test the collar in the office and it turned out that it was working, but the speaker was not. I appreciate her giving me all the options and helping find a solution. Thanks!
