One of the worst experiences I have ever had only being topped by a blood covered room in for Lauderdale with the locks broken from kicked in.. for starters minor inconvenience we booked a smoking room the arrived and no smoking rooms available, got the 2nd room from the exterior door which did not secure or lock junkies in and out free willingly, so then flush the toilet with nothing solid to even go down and starts to flood the room ok things happen, my girl friend goes to the front desk and they hand her a plunger like it is her problem, we pack our stuff and leave and of course never get the call promised from any management of sorts, by all means stay anywhere else or sleep in your car at the next resy stop like we ended up doing unless you are looking for drugs then by all means this is your place. We were in the room for maybe a total of 15 minutes it took us longer to carry our stuff in and out, no refund given of any type just an apology and a I totally understand from a nice worker that took our info but clearly never followed up
