My Dog Was Extremally Scared!

I was planning a trip to the coast to Newport, Oregon to visit the aquarium, and to spend time on a Discovery tour looking for animal life. Both of these do not allow pets to come along. Since we wanted to take our dog along on our vacation, as she is very young, and doesn't like to be away from us; we decided to check into Moondoggy Daycare, and Spa. The ratings here seemed good, so we also called a couple of veterinarians to see if they agreed. Everything seemed good, so we went ahead and made reservations for the weekend that we were going to be here. Upon arrival, we left our dog(shih Tzu) at the place, and were told that she would be well taken care of, and that she would not be left out of sight, and would be made sure that she was not frightened. We went ahead with our day as planned, and picked her up at the 4 PM that they were closing as agreed upon. She was huddled in a little corner shivering and scared in a corner of a chair by herself.
