Was very unsatisfied with cuts on my quarter beef. Steaks were small. Roast didn’t look like should have. Only part good was rolls of hamburger. Would not use or recommend.

Interesting location tucked back behind watehouse building but perfect little store and well stocked. Pride in thier meats and cut is clear. Reminded me of butchers from my youth when butchers were real and truly experts in thier craft. Picked up beef ribs today as well as other assorted meats. They were huge, bigger than what they appeared in the vacuum package. We barbecued and groaned over how good they were. Service was awesome. Price point was ok for the quality of meat. We will be back.

Brought our elk in for butcher, to have steaks, breakfast sausage, Pepperoni's, brats and Italian sausage. But they Made a mistake and ground up the whole elk. No steaks at allðŸ˜
