Clean and comfortable and quiet .
Great views and the staff were great !
I will be back .
Rooms: Clean and comfortable with a great staff. Management (Lance Ross ) made our stay enjoyable and provided a great home feeling that will always bring us back as well as promoting to our friends and family that this is the place to stay. Thank you Lance and staff. Keep up the great work and will see you all soon ! .

No hot water, stand lights not working and is just completely outdated. Starting with the front lobby, the couches are ripped off Dont waste your money here.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the view. Everything is falling apart. Extremely out dated. Smells so weird. Everything was filthy. After we checked in they handed us a notice there is no maid service. When we asked for 2 more towels the front desk person acted like the 2 that were in there should be enough for our party of 4. Door handles are falling off. They wouldn't give us the rollaway we asked for. The view is beautiful but the windows are so dirty you can hardly see it. I could go on and on. Just stay some place else.

This is a great location! Unfortunately the Shilo is not recovering well from the pandemic. Room was clean but carpet being so old my wife and I left our stay of 3 nights feeling sick. Wife had headaches and I felt sick to my stomach. Didn't even check the pool as we did not trust the pool water. The WiFi was spotty. The restuarant is closed and Shilo does not offer any substitute. I would only stay here again WHEN management makes some serious changes! We stayed here 25 years ago for our honeymoon and the return was such a disappointment. "Affordable Excellence" has died at this point. Can management bring it back? Only time will tell. I am hopeful things change and I will gladly return!
