      image This one star is one more than these crooks deserve. You've been warned. If this was the only bad review, you might chalk it up to a random bad experience. I wish I had paid more attention. My car came out in worse shape than it went in. The 895 job turns into 2000. Worst auto repair experience in 40 years of dealing. Save your time and money.

      image Glad to see they have closed in Newport News. I had work done on my truck based on a$700 quote, when I came back to get my vehicle, the work was done, but the cost was $1700. Had to leave to borrow the money I didn't have, returned and when I came back, the secretary said "Did you tell her about her car". Only after paying did I find out that my vehicle had been ""broken into"". All the windows were busted out, the door handle inside and outside of the drivers door was busted and the center console had been crushed. So after the insurance deductible and a week later I had my car back. After seeking legal help we learned that this business had multiple cases pending, but when legal action began, the owners would just change the name of the business. Truly hope they do not transplant anywhere else in Hampton Roads.
