If I could give more stars I would! Betty and Shirley are amazing and so much fun. They treat you like family from the minute you walk through the door. I was on a moderate budget and Shirley was able to exceed my expectations in what I could afford. In addition, Betty educated me on how to "dip" my gold jewelry instead of having to remount so that I could wear my tennis bracelet that I never wore because it was gold. They are my new besties!

I cannot say enough good things about Carol Klein. My husband and I (and our entire family) have been coming here now for over 18 years. We always receive honest, excellent service. The staff care about their clients and take the time to get to know them so they can better help you. I wouldn't take my jewelry repairs or purchase any jewelry from anywhere else. Marvin, Betty and Jon are top notch and I appreciate their work ethic more than ever. Highly recommend!

The jewelry and service are outstanding. There are so many beautiful pieces with a multitude of various gems. The estate jewelry is very unique. The diamonds are stunning. Marvin, Jon and Betty are knowledgeable and take the time to help with every detail of a purchase. They are simply the best!
