I would give them 0 stars if I could. Really Bad healthcare service that they provide. They don't know what they are doing. One day say something and the other day say something else. Very confused and their administration is really bad as well so try to avoid this place if you can.

After visiting many OC hospitals with my client. Hoag has been the best. Referred to Hoag from Hoag urgent care I thought the PA was just boasting about the company he was employed with. From the moment we entered ER we were greeted with friendly staff , caring , compassionate . My client noticed it too if anyone was stressed, overworked or unhappy they never showed it.
They were able to diagnose, medicate and also get my client placed in a rehabilitation facility. It took them three days because he is a difficult placement. I was called everyday, by social services case manager with an update. They listen to my concerns and addressed it. I see why it is rated for 10 years in the top ten in Southern California. It is not just a job to do , but a job that is done efficiently, with professionalism from the entire staff. Thanks Hoag for old fashion care. Caregiver of Robert G.

I took my husband to ER Friday., The doctor in ER was coughing himself, and before he got any test results he said my husband will be admitted over night and they wanted to keep him for few more days. They kept pocking him with lots of medications and they didn't explain what type of medications. They said he had covid.The blankets and bed cover looked old in the room ( with all the donations and foundations money they can do much better than that) no privacy in the bathroom with nurses standing behind my husband while he was going to the bathroom. The food was horrible. The next day my husband requested to go home the doctor said if he goes home he may not make it, and kept pressuring him to stay few more day at the hospital. Finally the doctor agreed to discharge my husband if he took the responsibility on his own. When my husband asked for the print out the medications they didn't gave him anything. We did 3 covid test the next day and they were all negative. Please Save your life and go to another hospital.
