After encountering and enduring the behavior of one of their employees, Miss Gowanni, we will look elsewhere. It is a pity since they are local and we will be breaking ground in Irvine, but character counts. How an employee conducts themselves publicly reflects upon the businesses they represent. Expo Marketing completely surpassed my expectations and did an absolutely exceptional job on our booth. From the quoting process to execution on site, it was probably the easiest tradeshow I've ever organized. They thought of every single detail, were super available, and communicated regularly with me. Special thanks to Richelle and Jason for overseeing everything on the backend and managing load in without a hitch!
