I became friends with Leo basically as soon as I met him, several years ago. I always knew he was a great person and fun to hang out with, but I had no real knowledge about his work and work ethics. Fast forward several years He helped me make my dream come true! What started as casual conversations about investing in real estate and wanting to own a little piece of paradise (Hawaii), evolved into several discussions about finances, steps, process, etc Leo got the ball rolling for me, and got me to the finish line!
Leo interviewed and assembled my A team out on Oahu (i.e., HI licensed real estate agents), and was there for me every single step of the way. Instead of just handing me off to the Oahu team, he was on every single call and attended all meetings, whether early or late! He knew all of the right questions to ask, when to make the offer, how to counter, and helped me with every little and big detail. He eased any/all concerns I had about having an HOA, purchasing in a different state, needing a property manager, etc He had a genuine interest in helping me achieve my dream.
In addition to all of the work he put into my dream home, he was also able to refer me to so many others. Need an accountant? Leo knows someone. Need to build an estate or Trust? Leo has a connection. Need a lawyer? Leo can refer you. He has all of the answers to your questions, and so many resources and great connections - what an asset!
I cant recommend him enough. Leo made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free, always just a call away to address any concerns and answer all of my questions. This was my 2nd time buying a property, but I had forgotten so much about the process. I am so happy that Leo was there every step of the way.
