I paid $800 and got nothing!!!!!!
my God $200 an hour for labor and they were unable to fix my problem so they turned it into a diagnostic fee and charged me 400 bucks even though it had been diagnosed and I asked for a specific thing to be done to my truck, and they were unable to fix it. And now the parts that they made me pay for in advance are not available they have no idea when they will be.
no warning about the price increase and then I had to spend another $400 in parts.
I mean if you're going to charge 200 bucks an hour and not fix something it's outrageous I'll never go back after I get my part.
I mean $800 later and my truck still not fixed it was only "diagnosed"...AGAIN
I totally understand why their schedules empty and they can get you in the very next day only the top 1% of the country can afford to pay their labor rates and it's Ford it's not Mercedes or BMW or Audi or Bentley it's Ford!
Way to exclude 90% of your customer base.
To anybody reading this the shop I work at only charges 85 bucks an hour and we work on all makes and models.

Very friendly and welcoming staff as soon as we walked in. Tyler, Tristan, and Stephen went above and beyond this afternoon. Tyler even made me a cup of coffee. They never tried to push anything unwanted on us. We were very comfortable and had an excellent experience with each of them. Highly recommend these amazing guys!!!!

Excellent experience with Tyler. Tristan, and Stephen this afternoon. No pressure at all and made our purchase very smooth. Highly recommend these guys. Very helpful and friendly atmosphere the entire time. Definitely recommend
