Absolutely horrible hospital. This hospital is closest to my house so naturally I've always come here for emergencies, I was born here 28 years ago, but I will never come here again. I went to the hospital Wednesday morning with trouble breathing, dizziness, having night sweats, chills, blurry vision, nausea and having an issue remembering thoughts and words. That's not like me. This felt different. They checked me, confirmed my medical history and had me wait in the waiting room for about an hour. They finally get me into a room and I waited another two hours to even BE SEEN by a nurse. They checked my urine, that was fine. Covid and flu were negative. Waited about another hour and the Dr came in. Said he'd do blood work for a pregnancy test and would "check my levels". Pregnancy was negative. He couldn't find a reason as to why I was so sick. He told me it was a viral infection. They sent me home and told me to drink water and rest. Thursday, I'm feeling even worse so I called my PCP and asked her to check my iron levels. Friday she calls back and she says I'm severely anemic. The hospital has anemia on my file. I had every symptom on iron-deficiency anemia. These people don't care.
