In Amgen's Center for Observational Research (CFOR), they don't evaluate employees performance fairly or objectively.
They actually fire people with out notifying them, which is quite rude. They don't take the time to get to know you professionally as an employee, or discuss your performance with you.
Sometimes they'll ask you to do more work than is necessary. If you complain about something, even if only once, they probably will hold it against you, even if your complaint is valid.
