I'm very surprised that this place only has 3 stars. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I went into the store last month and was helped by Allison- she was super knowledgeable and efficient. I was out of there in less than an hour with the installation scheduled. The person who came to measure the apartment was friendly and professional as well. But the biggest shout out goes to Billy and Emil!!!! I cannot believe how hard they worked to get the job done. We had heavy furniture that they took care of without a second of annoyance. They were patient and thorough with the job which made us happy because we are just starting our home together and want it to be nice. BC and N is lucky to have these two working for them. Such good guys.

I was amazed how wonderful these folks were at BC and N.  They are a top notch business.  We were able to call them even on their cells anytime we had a question.. We were traveling when the flooring arrived and Brian( owner) actually went to our home opened up the boxes, took a bunch of the flooring out laid it on the floor , took several photos and sent them to us just so that we could see if we like the color, he was prepared to pack it all up and find something else if we wished.  We were shocked and delighted that someone cared about our vision so much!! Some of the boards of this style were darker and decided with Brians help that we remove those to keep in line with what we had envisioned. Brian was absolutely right!!  This guy knows his stuff!   We could not be more happy with the flooring.  It is one year since it was installed and there has been zero issues with it.  Also keep in mind that it was installed over radiant flooring which requires an advanced level of installation knowhow.  All went like a dream.  We love BCand N  we would recommend strongly to anyone looking and their pricing was almost half of one of the quotes we found elsewhere for the exact same thing! Crazy!  I know!   The countertops in these photos were done by Affordable Granite who shares the same building and the cabinets were done by Appuzzo kitchens.  All came together to create the modern farmhouse look we wanted with the matte pickled french plank flooring( This is engineered wood which was necessary for our radiant floors) .  Great experience with a wonderful family business.  We are so grateful! Happy contractors make for a happy home! These folks are wonderful!
