image My infant has been attending for about 8 months now and I couldnt be happier. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. My son always seems happy and in a good mood when he is picked up.

image Reading the reviews, glad Im not alone in thinking negative stars should be available. For being a Godly woman, Michelle is one person I would never want my kids around again. Or her creepy son who is in charge of taking care of the school aged children. My advice would be to take your kids somewhere else. She cant keep staff so its a surprise who is even taking care of your kids at any given day.

image If I could give this place and its owner negative stars I would. Child once attended up until 7 months was in a severe car accident and notified daycare of my being late. Once there covered in seat belt rash a black eye and obvious injuries from the accident I just had been in Michele proceeds to hand me my child and tell regarding her cut off time in which it turned into a heated debate and threatning to cut off my child care so I pretty much told her ok and requested my stuff back. Had just sent in a whole box of diapers wipes and clothes for my child. She said no we can re visit this in the morning in which my mind was made up I can not send my child back here. I decided fine and as Im walking out the door was shoved on my back and told bye again had just sustained serious injuries. The next day I called regarding just withdrawing my child and retrieving him belongings once Michelle was on the phone in nasty tone tells me Im not getting my childs belonging I should have gotten them yesterday so obviously upset I told her I would be there to get his stuff and she calls the police! And has them bring my stuff to only bring me one outfit back out of 3 his whole box of diapers gone this woman is a thief her pick of staff is questionable and she has down right just ran this name into the mud since acquiring it from the previous owners. GOOD JOB ON YOUR 2.3 Rate facility. DO NOT RISK YOUR CHILDS SAFETY LET ALONE WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TRASH!

image This place should have live feed of what happens in these classes. The owner and teachers lie, dont know how to keep their hands off the kids, and the cameras are never working when something suspicious happens. Ive spoken to two previous employees from there and both left because they refuse to get rid of bad employees/ and refuse to change their ways of discipline. I hope someone sees this. Other daycares have apps where you can see the children live/ and get updates throughout the day. Noahs ark east will let children go without eating, force them to lie in bed if they do not nap, and scream in their faces when the children want their mommies. Id never recommend someone to go here, and parents who cant afford to go elsewhere need to put their foot down for a change. You dont know what theyre doing with/to your children MENTAL TRAUMA IS A THING!!!

image My son was in this facility's care from 12/28/20 to 1/15/21. He was 6 months old at the time.
Mrs. Jacki and Mrs. Butler were always great. They were very friendly and seemed to care a lot about the children. Unfortunately, Miss. Emma, who seemed to spend the majority of the day with my son, was extremely rude and unfriendly. Whenever I greeted her or said thank you, after she handed me, my son, she did not say a word. She instead turned away with a look of irritation on her face. It's okay if she is not friendly with me, as long as she is pleasant with the children. That did not seem to be the case.
On my lunch break, I came in to nurse my son. While I was sitting in the rocking chair feeding him, a little girl was sitting at the table eating alone, not buckled into her booster seat. All of the teachers were busy with tasks or taking care of children. Miss. Emma was at the counter past the changing station. I looked away for a moment and can only presume the little girl at the table stood up in her chair and turned around. The chair tipped back, and she smacked her head face-first onto the ground. The poor child was screaming and crying. Miss. Emma walked over, picked up the child, and said something to the effect of 'this is why you shouldn't be standing up and moving around.' She picked the child up, no comforting words or soothing gestures, and then placed her in the play area with the other walking infants. The child was still crying. There was not even a look of caring or sympathy on Miss. Emma's face. If a staff member can't even muster up a bit of friendliness around a parent, I cannot even imagine how they behave when the children are alone. I understand accidents happen, but the child should have been buckled up if she cannot be watched because the staff are busy. I also may not have felt so appalled if the staff member used an ounce of kindness.
Unfortunately, that was not the only concerning thing that I observed that day. Two young babies were laying on their stomachs in their cribs with large fleece blankets covering up to their necks. I understand it is cold in the facility, but this is extremely unsafe. I also observed a sick staff member blowing their nose and not washing their hands and children putting their mouths on dirty toys. When I received my son back at the end of the day, he was extremely warm and did not seem himself. His eyelids were extremely droopy. After I arrived home, I took his temperature, and it was 102.9F. If he was warm, his temperature should have been taken and I should have been notified to pick him up. After I informed the staff of the incident, when he returned on Friday, I was told that he did seem a little warm when he was dropped off. He did not have a fever when I dropped him off, but if that is the case why was his temperature not taken when he was brought in the morning. Ohio's childcare COVID guidelines state that a temperature check is mandatory upon arrival. He had been sick on and off since starting there. I understand that daycares are like Petri dishes, but better care should be taken to ensure staff maintains proper hygiene and toys are cleaned.
The last thing that I will say, is that there had not been a single day that I had picked him up that he did not have wet eyelashes from tears, dried tear streaks on his face, or was still huffing after being left to cry for a long period of time. I understand that he can be fussy and difficult at times but he shouldn't be that miserable there. As a mom, there is no worse feeling than leaving your child with someone you don't feel you can trust with the safety and well-being of your child. I was extremely close to quitting my job and becoming a stay-at-home mom. Luckily, I have found a daycare that I can trust and that he loves. Every day I pick him up, he has a smile on his face. He is extremely happy at his new daycare, so that tells me it was the staff.
