Cat glass made and installed our new shower door and it went smoothly. And the door looks great! However after 5 months I began to notice the plastic u-channel frames (or whatever they're called that seal the doors so water doesn't splash/drip out) we're falling off and even tearing in some areas. I called them, and sent pics and they sent out Rodrigo to correct the problem. Seems the incorrect size u-channel seals had been installed originally. Hey mistakes can happen! But the fact that they came out promptly and corrected the mistake without charging me anything was proof that they stand by their work. Excellent service and I really appreciated that! Thank you!
