I had never heard of Kiehls, until my friend mentioned how amazing their products were and I had to try them out for myself. When I went last Friday, December 11th I was unsure of what to ask for, but there was a lovely and very efficient employee, named Pilar who helped me pick products that she felt would help. I told her I wanted a good, soothing cleanser and a toner to help with my combination skin. She pointed me towards the calendula foaming cleanser and the rare earth toner. I was skeptical, but honestly, this place has surpassed all of my expectations. The toner makes my face feel so powdery soft and my pores literally disappear before my eyes. My makeup literally goes on so soft since using their products. I’m beyond happy. I also grabbed a box of their wrinkle patches to see how they would work and they worked amazingly. I had very defined crows feet and after 30 min of using those patches, the lines were almost gone. I couldn’t believe it. Pilar also provided me with a sample of the calendula water based cream, which I use in my skin care regimen a nd it’s so lightweight, but definitely does it’s job. I will be coming back. Pilar mentioned to me that their ultra facial cream is a must buy, so I’ll be back for that, once my calendula cream sample is done. I’m so thankful to Pilar for showing me these amazing products. You have earned a forever customer.

The staff in this store are exceptional! I had a glitch with my online purchase. I went into the store for help . Everyone was so helpful . They gave me what I needed , lots of free samples. They are the best!!!
